Host Cancellation Policy

1) For confirmed booking -

1.1) We understand that things might go wrong due to some reasons and you might require to cancel the booking, so we don’t charge any cancellation amount for hosts.

1.2) The traveller will get 100% full refund.

1.3) Cancel the booking in the portal & contact our support immediately through email or phone or visit our Helpdesk and inform us about the cancellation of the booking.

2) Booking cancelled by the traveller -

2.1) If the traveller cancels the booking before 24 hours of the start date of the trip, you won’t get any payment.

2.2) If the traveller cancels the booking within 24 hours of the start date of the trip, you will receive the applicable amount.

2.3) For Cab service, If the traveller cancels the booking before 12 hours of the start date of the trip, you won’t get any payment.

2.4) For Cab service, If the traveller cancels the booking within 12 hours of the start date of the trip, you will receive the applicable amount.

3) Rescheduling for confirmed booking -

3.1) Rescheduling of the confirmed booking can only be accepted if the traveller confirms the rescheduled date, else the booking will be cancelled.

3.2) The traveller will get 100% full refund in case of cancellation of the booking.

3.3) Contact our support through email or phone or visit our Helpdesk for rescheduling.


Note ➜ Cancelling/Rescheduling the confirmed booking frequently may decrease your booking acceptance rating and you might get low bookings in future. So try not to cancel/reschedule the booking until and unless it's very important.
